Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Bookings cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you miss your call or are not available at the booked time, the full payment will be forfeited. If you are late, the call will still finish at the original end time. Privacy note: Your name and WhatsApp contact details are used only to arrange and carry out your call. After the call, your WhatsApp contact details will be deleted unless you have given permission for further contact, such as joining my newsletter or requesting details about future offers.
